Cocohut Beach Resort, located on Leela Beach, Koh Phangan, offers a private beach, comfortable rooms, and a peaceful, secluded setting, just 5 minutes’ walk from Haad Rin Beach, home of the Full Moon Party.
The resort is divided into beachfront and hillside zones. The hillside area features Private Pool Villas (with sea or mountain views) and exclusive facilities, plus dedicated transport service.

Arrival, Departure & Front Desk
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 23:30, and check-out is between 11:30 and 12:00. Please note that the main guest checking in must be at least 18 years old.
What documents and deposits are required upon arrival?
Guests are required to present a photo ID and a credit card at check-in.
Are there special booking policies for the Full Moon Party or New Year periods?
For FULL MOON period, High Season minimum 5 nights and Low Season minimum 3 nights stay for all room type and Not allow to check in or check out on full moon date, 1 day before and 1 day after full moon date.
On Period 27 Dec,2025 –2 Jan,2026 booking is required at minimum 7 consecutive nights staying for all room type and the Hotel will not allow guests to check out on 31 Dec’25.

Does the hotel offer an airport shuttle service?
The hotel does not provide direct airport transfers, as the nearest airport is Samui International Airport (approximately 123.6 km away). However, we do offer a free pick-up service from Haad Rin Pier to the resort.
Is car parking available?
Yes, we provide complimentary private parking on-site for all guests, and no advance reservation is needed.

Does the resort have a beach and a swimming pool?
Absolutely. Cocohut Beach Resort is located on Leela Beach and features a pristine private beach area. We also have an outdoor swimming pool, and select villas come with their own private pools.
What time is breakfast served and what type of food is available?
What time is breakfast served A buffet breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00. The menu includes Western, Continental, American, Asian, and vegetarian options. If breakfast is not included in your room rate, it is available for THB 400 per person.
What dining options and Wi-Fi services are available?
We offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. For dining, the Cocohut Restaurant serves Thai, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. Guests can also enjoy smoothies and signature cocktails at our poolside and beach bars.
Hotel Policies
What are the policies for children and extra beds?
Children of all ages are welcome. A free crib is available upon request for infants aged 0-2 years. For children aged 3-11 years, an extra bed is available for THB 1,000 per child, per night. Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults, and an extra bed costs THB 2,300 per person, per night.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
No, pets and service animals are strictly not allowed on the property.
Are there any special restrictions I should be aware of?
Yes, bringing durian onto the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
